  • Purchasing & Project Manager

    Our senior purchasing managers drive all phases of procurement: managing the budget, schedule, finish and shop drawing approvals, reporting and progress meeting. PMs collaborate with clients, designers, and installers to ensure all FF&E expectations are met and executed.

  • Budget Analysis & Project Accounting

    Our team will build a comprehensive budget that prioritizes seamless project execution and a clear path to furniture selection. We provide detailed accounting reports using latest technology and final invoice/credit reconciliation.

  • Logistics

    Our team analyzes freight, shipping costs, and delivery methods to ensure the best method of transit and pricing is secured.

  • Warehousing

    We organize and carefully select professional warehouse partners for each project. Our Project Managers track and confirm receipt of goods. In-time reports are provided for all items received & manage discrepancies and freight claims.

  • Delivery & Installation

    Each project is provided with an experienced installation team that protect and care for the property. Our team also provides on-site PM Services to oversee all installs.

  • Punch List & Post-Occupancy Services

    Our team oversees and documents all installed items during final walk-through, and creates and manages punch list to completion. We provide final project closeout documentation including flame, care, warranty certification, and final install completion documentation.
